High quality room with twin beds, very nice led lighted pictures, as example and very good breakfast to start the day. Location short walk to the center and public transport and the area, Close to restaurants and the Congress Centre...

Great location in busy, vibrant part of city. Small pool on roof would be great to refresh in after a hot day seeing the Alhambra (but weather not quite hot enough on our visit)
Room facing street a bit noisy at night. Breakfast was ample but not very inspiring

They seemed to favor bulky furniture, feel smaller than it was. The Wi-Fi connection dropped for prolonged periods, and there's no coffee or tea making facilities in the room-so bring your own kettle like I did. The restaurant not opening during poor weather felt frustrating. You'd expect better service from a modern hotel. Prepare to walk to nearby eateries if you want a meal. After facing these quirks, I wouldn't call it more than a decent 3-star experience.

Excellent hotel and great value for money. helpful staff and great parking directly under the building - done valet style so you need to get all your bags out first. Nice clean room and good value restaurant for dinner. Good breakfast and i recommend you book with breakfast included. great location in the city for shopping and walking around. Quet rooms.
Not the easiest hotel to find. Would recommend a good GPS if you are driving.

We were very pleased with the hotel; it's location was very good - we could walk to various attractions easily, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately a group of unruly school children stayed at the hotel on our last night and were very noisy. However, when we complained to reception at 1.00 am, steps were immediately taken to restore peace and quiet.

This hotel was pretty nice! Had a comfy bed and the breakfast was decent. Location was great, loads of places to eat around. Plus, it was walkable to cool spots like the cathedral. The pool area was lovely, perfect for chillin after exploring!
but, the room setup was kinda cramped with bulky furniture, and the noise from outside was annoying at night.

It is very easy to reach the hotel by car, because it is not far from the motorway. On the other hand, you can easily walk to the city center and even to the Alhambra. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The hotel personnel is very helpful. They even anticipate on possible questions.
If you leave your car in the hotel garage, it is difficult to get in it because the hotel is parked by a voiturier. So you can not really get into your car if you forgot a small thing.
